Kane Hodder as Leatherface.

Here I go plugging Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III again- it's a movie I have always loved since I first saw it, which was as soon as it came to VHS in about 1991 or so. I think it's such an underrated movie and fuck what critics say- it's greatly entertaining, violent, nasty and gory.

At any rate, a lot of people assume that R.A. Mihailoff did all of the Leatherface scenes because of course he was credited as Leatherface. According to people in the movie (i.e. William Butler) Kane Hodder did a good amount of Leatherface scenes, mostly a lot of the stunt and action work. R.A. did all of the close-ups and acting, much like Bill Johnson and the Bob Elmore tandem in Texas Chainsaw Massacre II (Elmore went uncredited).

Kane Hodder was of course also the stunt coordinator on the set and can be seen in many clips of the behind the scenes footage. More importantly, in one shot you can see the amazing mullet Hodder was sporting (which you can also see in the trailer for the film when he was Leatherface).
