Here's a neat little film in post-production starring some Friday the 13th familiars. The plot sounds really entertaining and the trailer also looks pretty good. The movie was written and directed by Mike Gutridge and  stars Tracie Savage as Alice Hardy, Paul Kratka as Norman Hardy and Ron Millkie as Detective Meeker. The story takes place in Carpenter County, an obvious nod to John Carpenter and also a nearby-place spoken about in Friday the 13th: Part VI.

I have to say that I really dig what Kratka has been doing with Scott Goldberg and his website www.drkatka.com and the whole wellness/good health thing. If you're not impressed with this guy yet, just look how good he looks for his age. Think back to 1982 when he was in Friday The 13th Part III- he was one of the eldest cast members and he looked older. Now he looks 15 years younger than his fellow cast members! This video is not only informative, but as I grow older I have completely changed my lifestyle and I really dig people who do things like this!

Short Part III reunion

Of course being shot by Scott Goldberg, the video looks superb- the video has Paul Kratka, David Katims, Richard Brooker and Larry Zerner and is from Screamfest 2007.

Another great interview from the guy who did probably one of the two best Danny Steinmann interviews out there (the other is on DeadPit.com). I really enjoyed reading this interview, so enjoy!

JC: What other acting had you done before Friday the 13th Part III?

PK: Well, I had been studying privately in North Hollywood, studying acting and just scrambling around trying to get jobs. I was doing some on-camera spokesman work, some commercials, and had done a small part on General Hospital.
