Thanks to Ty for sending me a small scan of this contact sheet. I am still looking for a super high-res scan (or the real thing) of this scene, and any other scenes from the movie.

I have seen a lot of contact sheets (I own one), there's another one of the alternate ending that I am looking for as well that is mainly photos of Dana Kimmell and her stunt double being beheaded.
