Marta Kober (Friday the 13th: Part II) stars alongside Clu Gulager in episode 123 (Season 6) of Magnum P.I. in an episode called The Way of the Stalking Horse that aired in 1986.

Marta Kober ("Mary Elizabeth") was in Friday the 13th Part II (she was part of the famous after-sex impalement scene) and Playboy's "Inside Out #1". Martha is also remembered for her performance in the educational after-school movie Rodeo Red and the Runaway (1978). She received an Emmy nomination and a Christopher Award for her starring role in that movie. Her performance in this episode as the street kid "Mary Elizabeth" is highly memorable.
Too cool. I'm a Martha fan of her three works that I've seen or owned and I have seen this picture online with searches of her but I never knew of where it originated from. *shrugs* So it was cool to finally learn.

It was when she (sadly) last looked REALLY good & she is topless in it for a modest amount of time for a segment called "Doubletalk" spelled as such with a non-descript fair-hired blond gentleman whom is her shrink in the segment. It is interesting to note that a lot of young then writer/directors cut their teeth for this cable/video shot soft-core venture according to the IMDB. But yeah I got it around two weeks ago or so wen I last showed Jack a still of it.
Meh I don't know if it was worth it for the $36.50 I paid used for it just to see her (fabulous, admittedly) then still younger perk tits but I am a happy pervert I'll say that. :) But yeah overall ALL the segments are fairly lame mid '90s late nite cable/early Playboy TV as many of us once had on satellite dish style story telling, just to note. *shrugs* Don't think its semi-special storytelling or high-art or anything, okay?
I am a proud owner of it but the third party sellers on Amazon REALLY need to drop $15 bucks or so off of its asking price; I am happy that I bought it for Marta back when she was still really unique & hot but it isn't (as a whole) worth the price for us early Friday franchise fanatics, by the way. Sort of hard to explain as I feel that I got taken.
And before any other Marta fans ask on here, no I don't know how to "burn" standard def DVDs so I'm sorry, I can't make you any copies. Also her segment was surprisingly comical to me, not overly sensual as one might presume.
But has anyone seen her lately from convention photos? Man oh man, STAY AWAY from drugs, okay kiddies??? :( They sort of make your looks turn to shit & to make you ramble on unintelligibly whenever you then search online for interviews of sadly once-hot b-movie starlets. :(

ReplyDeleteYeah to each their own. :) I mean I thought that she had a nice, "fierce" unique look to her but yeah, she's especially raunchy now sadly. Stay away from those drugs, kiddies--they sort of fuck up lives now. :(
