Camille & Carey More
Here are some photos of the lovely duo of Camilla and Carey More from Friday the 13th: Part IV, courtesy of Brandon Middleton (HisNameWasBrandon). Most of the ones below are from Le Jumeau. I love the one above; gotta love that hair! Thanks again, Brandon!

Did Carl Fullerton Play Jason?
![]() |
Carl Fullerton doing some SFX sexing |
We are all well versed in the whole Gillette vs. Dash "who played Jason" debacle. And we all know that Jerry Wallace and Ellen Lutter were also people who did scenes as Jason. However, much like Tom Savini playing the killer during his special effects gags, Warrington Gillette did state that he believed that special make-up effects Carl Fullerton may have played Jason after he left the production. Many people laughed at that, but I always thought it sounded plausible.

Dana Kimmell in Rivals (a.k.a. Stranger at Jefferson High (1982))
Looks like we know where Chris Higgins got her van in Friday the 13th: Part III! This is from the film Rivals, also known as Stranger at Jefferson High-- a very good film.

A pretty fun article about our very own-- and Palm Beach, Florida resident-- Steve Dash and his acting career, from the Palm Beach Pulse.
For years, 68-year-old Dash, then known as Steve Daskawisz, enjoyed the jobs and connections he got from having played the famous fiend, but not the credit. That’s because Warrington Gillette, the actor he replaced in the role and who appeared in only one scene, was officially credited as Jason, while Dash was listed as his stunt double. [...]

Mark Nelson in My Name is Asher Lev
Mark Nelson on Theater Talk |
Oddly enough, Mark Nelson really did not pursue Hollywood movies after his role in Friday the 13th (1980). Nelson did go on to be a very well known theater actor on the East coast. Below are some videos related to his role in My Name is Asher Lev (2012) as well as a publicity photo of Mark.
Production Photos from Famous Monster of Filmland

A nice shot of Jason being hanged before dropping. You can see how close he is to the barn opening. |
These are a few neat photos that I found in old issues of Famous Monsters of Filmland. While they are not at all "unseen," they are a bit different than the scenes we see in the movie. On the top we have a lovely shot of Richard Brooker actually picking up Rachel Howard and below it looks like Richard Brooker and Steve Susskind are looking at the director. The third is an odd shot of the scene with David Wiley. The shot of Robbie Morgan (and Taso Stavrakis's hand) is a full body shot and the shot of Rex Everhart, Walt Gorney and Robbie Morgan is a lovely production photo.
