Kimberly Beck's Stunt Double: Tracy Dashnaw

Tracy Keehn - Dashnaw (credited as Tracy Lyn Keehn in Friday the 13th: Part IV) is a very active stunt woman with nearly 100 roles under he credit. She was Kimberly Beck's stunt double and did the infamous jump out of the window.

Crash's Part VII Screen Used Casting

from: Crash Creations
This is his casting of the screen-used Part VII hero mask in resin from Josh Ludemann. I think these would be bad-ass to be used in making Part VII replicas. However, if not, this is an amazing reference for making your own Part VII.

Part III Original Script Revisited

Andy, Debbie and Chris entering the cabin while Jason hides inside
This is one of my favorite scenes of the original Part III shooting script-- though either cut from the film or never filmed-- it would have added a lot to the movie, I think. It puts Jason inside of the main cabin watching Shelly's activities after Chris and Rick realize someone has been sleeping in one of the rooms. Jason being inside of the cabin obviously pushes the fact that it was indeed Jason sleeping in the bed.

INT. MASTER BEDROOM - DAY
Chris in CLOSE SHOT, looks around the room, concerned about what she sees.

Victor Miller Blog

For those Friday the 13th fans out there, I am plugging Victor Miller's blog since his posts always entertain me. He's personally one of my favorite Friday the 13th "creators" sinceI tend to agree with most of the things he says on his Facebook (and elsewhere) and he (and his son) is also a long-time fellow tattoo collector.

A New Beginning Killer Set Up

A Roy Burns shot in Part V
After watching Friday the 13th: Part V, A New Beginning the other day I payed close attention to certain scenes (more particularly the one's with Roy) to see if I could pick out subtle nuances with the character that was trying to hint at Roy being the killer. I have always said that without knowing that Roy is the killer it is literally impossible to tell that he was the killer or even was to be a suspect. Watching the movie as a child for the first time I did not suspect Roy, Tommy, Victor, Junior or anyone else. I suspected Jason.

Kimberly Beck in Alford Hitchcock's 'Marnie'

A cute-as-a-button Kimberly Beck (Friday the 13th: Part IV) in Hitchcock's Marnie (1964), who some may not know that she was a child actor whose first [un]credited role was in 1958's Torpedo Run at the tender young age of two.

The Powers of Matthew Star

Any Steel and Peter Barton in The Powers of Matthew Star
In an odd twist of Friday the 13th fate, Amy Steel (Friday the 13th: Part II) teamed up with Peter Barton (Friday the 13th: Part IV) in a short-lived TV show called The Powers of Mathew Star that ran from 1982 - 1983. Amy Steel starred in 14 of the 22 episodes that the show ran as Pam Elliott.

The Son of Gorney

Someone emailed me this fella's info on the right. Apparently, he is Walt Gorney's son and I looked up info on him and he used to love in New York (as Walt did) and now resides in the South. he is 65, so Walt may have had him in his 40s.

I am trying to contact him and see if he is indeed Walt's son. I think he'd be great to speak to especially if he has some things on his father and his Friday the 13th role.

If anyone has any info, shoot me an email at xscabboyx@hotmail.com.
