Warlock Clone Perfection

Since I have more time I have gotten back into blogging and reading blogs. This one came from my visit to the JasonLivesSince1980.Blogspot.com site and I think it's easily in the top 3 replicas I have seen. Obviously there's a few marks that are a little off, but overall it's about 98% exact-- and he may still be accepting commissions on these!

Go check it out.

Jerry Pavlon Now

Here are a couple recent photos of Jerry Pavlon (Friday the 13th: Part V) from his Linked-In page. He's now dealing with education with bi-polar and mood-fragile kids and has an organization in New York. Sounds a lot like where he did time in Friday The 13th: Part V!

Friday the 13th Legend: Part III Alternate Ending

from: Crystal Lake Memories
The alternate ending to Friday the 13th: Part III seems to be one of the more talked about lost scenes in the franchise. Here are excerpts from the Friday the 13th: Part III novel by Michael Avalone, a book written before the movie was finished based on the original shooting script. They are from Pages 186 - 200, taking up after the scene where Chris puts an axe into Jason's head.

Legendary SPFX Jason IV for Sale!

White Hockey Mask included. SPFX Jason Voorhees Part 4 Silicone Mask. This mask is one of rarest silicone mask ever made. I was told that only about 12 of these were ever made for the public and the guy who did the make up in the friday the 13th part 4 movie for Jason actually sculpted this mask himself. This mask is in mint condition with not rips or tears. Just like any SPFX mask, this one is ultra realistic, and it is very hard to find any type of a Jason silicone mask as there are not many made. You do not want to miss your chance to own this extremely rare mask!I am also selling a extremely rare SPFX Freddy Silicone Mask, so check that out if you'd like!

For info.

Bruce Mahler on Evening at the Improv

from: An Evening at the Improv

Here's a really funny clip of Bruce Mahler (Friday the 13th: Part IV) on the TV show An Evening at the Improv that ran from 1982 to 1996 in a clip called Instruments About the World. I am not sure which season this is from or what year, but it is pretty damn funny. We all know that he slam-dunked the character Axel and he is a pretty damn good comedian and actor from the things I have seen him in.

Steve Miner Visits Vancouver Film School

I am a tad too late on this article, but it is interesting that Steve Miner was actually acknowledging Friday The 13th: Part II (but no mention of Part III). He was talking to the class about making good movies with a limited budget.

Ted White Autograph from 1960!

Obviously getting Ted White's (Friday the 13th: Part IV) signature now is quite easy. But when I first started collecting it took me about 4 years of leads to even find his address to write to him and ask for one. Then it took me 3 or 4 tries to have him respond and when he did in 2003 I was ecstatic  Ted had not yet stepped into the spotlight that he well deserved and was still considered an actor who was distancing himself.

Jason Was My Son...

Connie Hogan and Marilyn Poucher, two people asked to fill in for Mrs. Voorhees in Friday the 13th Parts II and III respectively. Both have had very successful lives outside of the genre.

Juliette Cummins' Message to Psycho Fans!

At nearly 50 years old, Juliette is still beautiful. She's a very kind woman whose a proud owner of a pet wolf! How cool is that? Apparently she still lives in the California area, teaches Spanish at Reedley High School and makes convention appearances from time to time.
