Juliette Cummins' Message to Psycho Fans!

At nearly 50 years old, Juliette is still beautiful. She's a very kind woman whose a proud owner of a pet wolf! How cool is that? Apparently she still lives in the California area, teaches Spanish at Reedley High School and makes convention appearances from time to time.

Life and Death on the A-List available on DVD

from: corcoranproductions.com
Director and producer Jay Corcoran has made this chilling documentary available on DVD for the first time for $29.99. I have a bad VHS rip to DVDr paying around somewhere and I was told that this has a lot better transfer (nor sure if from 35mm or what) than the rare VHS copies that were being sold for $50+.

Two for Part II

You thought the Part II poster from Turkey was great; there's a better one from Thailand. This one even has Jeff and Sandra getting busy... I am assuming that's who it is. Maybe it is Mark and Vicky!

News Archive: John Sherrod's Death

Ted White and John Sherrod filming
A lot of times I have seen John Sherrod's death noted as a stunt accident on set. However, I did find out that it was not true. John Sherrod, stuntman and stunt coordinator in Friday The 13th III, IV and V, was killed in an automobile accident.

Steve Susskind in the Roommates

Steve Susskind in Friday the 13th: Part III
Before Steve Susskind (Friday the 13th: Part III) was the easy-to-love nitwit Harold, he was a pop star in the du-wop trio called the Roommates who had hit records with "Please Love Me Forever" (with Cathy Jean) and "The Glory of Love" in 1961.

Roy Figure

from: Evilface.com

Stumbled across this great Roy figure on www.evilface.com. I really love all the love for A New Beginning! He explains why he made ole Roy:

Sideshow Collectible did a incredible run of horror figures, including almost every Friday The 13th Jason and his mother. But for some reason they didn't complete the line excluding Jason from Part 8 and "Roy" from Part 5. Well I decided to make my own Part 5 Roy "Jason" figure.

Walt Gorney Lives

He left this earth at age 91 in 2004, but he still lives in our hearts as Ole Crazy Ralph (Friday the 13th & Friday the 13th: Part II). Here are some photos from his work in other films; King Kong (1975) and Trading Places (1983).

7" NECA Jason IV Figure

A nice shot of the new 7" NECA Series 2 battle-damaged Jason IV figure set for an early 2013 release.

Surf II starring Jeffrey Rogers

Jeffrey Rogers (left) in Surf II
A great find: Jeffrey Rogers (Friday the 13th: Part III) in the surfer comedy horror Surf II: The End of the Trilogy. Funny thing is that it's not a sequel to any other movie. The synopsis sounds delightful with a great soundtrack, though it's pretty dang hard to find. It reminds me of a bad Troma movie.
